D型系列空氣冷卻器按冷庫庫溫分類，DL高溫型，翅片片距4.5mm，適用于0℃以上的冷庫儲藏蔬菜、水果、禽蛋等新鮮食品；DD中溫型，翅片片距6.0mm,適用于-18℃左右的冷庫儲存肉類、水產品等食品；DJ低溫型，翅片片距8.5mm，適用于-25℃的冷庫作為鮮肉或鮮魚制品等凍結或其他速凍用。

■ 結構特點

    1、盤管：采用新型高效波紋翅片，導熱效能高，
       泄水快；選用高效銅管，傳熱性能好；配用
       新型液體分配器，結霜均勻。
    2、風機：具有低功率消耗，運行平穩、耐低溫、
       噪聲低等特點
    3、融霜：采用不銹鋼電加熱管，電熱管端部密
       封采用嚴格的加工工藝，使電熱管不漏電具
       有更長的使用壽命。
    4、外殼：精裝防銹鋁板和不銹鋼板或用優質鋼
       板噴塑，具有美觀、耐用等特點。
       檢修：可靈活拆卸與清洗。

■ Structure feature

    1、 Coil: use new high efficient aluminum wave fin, high heat conductivity, fast water discharge; use high

    3、 Defrost: use electric heating stainless steel pipe, high leak proof ness at the end, anti-electric leakage and
        long life.
    4、 Casting: use aluminum plate and stainless steel or cold plastic spraying plate, nice appearance and durable.
    5、 Maintenance: flexible to disassemble and lean.

■ 吊頂式冷風機安裝使用說明

    1、吊頂式冷風機用4根或6根長螺栓吊裝于庫內頂板上。
    2、安裝后的吊頂式冷風機應保持水平。
    3、冷風機的泄水管通往庫外應保持一定的坡度，能夠使融霜水順利排除庫外。
    4、冷風機進風口處不應緊靠墻壁以保證冷風機有充分的回流空氣。
    5、冷風機出口應避開橫梁和立柱，防止影響冷風機送風射程。

■ Installation description of suspension type air cooler

    1、 Suspend on the ceiling with four or six bolts.
      2、 Keep the air cooler flatly.
      3、 Keep the discharge tube some angle against outside to discharge water.
      4、 Keep the wind inlet far away from the wall to make sufficient return air.
      5、 Keep the wind outlet far away from the beam and vertical pillar to maximize the delivering distance.
